The project was implemented in four (4) months divided in two (2) phases. Thanks to the user involvement the solution implemented was easy to use and with very high adoption rates. Aligning the solution with Arcelor`s marketing standards was part of the challenges we faced.
Sales guys can now access customer fact sheet with one simple click. In addition sales and financial managers can approve purchase requests and special pricing requirements reducing the lead to cash processes.
