The implementation process took four (4) months, including all project phases.

With a streamlined order to cash process in place in the company's SAP ECC solution, integration was key to implement the required scope in a timely manner. The team was made up of three (3) resources, two (2) IT analyst from Cepas, one (1) Business User and three (3) CRM consultants.

Adoption was quick due to the intuitiveness of the solution. End users manuals where delivered and Cepas implemented a support mechanism to tackle issues.
